My name is Ben Rush and I am practicing Orthodontics in Scottsdale, Arizona. My office space was designed and built for both Pediatric Dentistry & Ortho. We are searching for a pediatric dentist who would like to start their own private practice in our shared space and therefore we are reaching out to your University to see if any of the graduating residents or Alums would be interested in this great opportunity. The biggest benefit for a graduating resident is that we have all the equipment (dental chairs, suction, sterile, pano, computers, etc) already in place so that the startup costs would be minimal for him or her. I would also cover both halves of the office rent for the first 6 months to help the pediatric practice get up and running. Here are the major points we are planning in order to make this offer and partnership desirable.

• Pediatric Dentist would 100% own and manage the pediatric practice
• 2nd floor location provides an amazing view of Paradise Valley’s portion of the Phoenix Mountains. See picture below.
• We will cover rent and utilities for the first 6 months to help jumpstart the practice and minimize startup costs for the Pediatric Dentist
• Many of the major startup costs are already paid for with private room plumbing for nitrous and oxygen, dental chairs in place for 4 private rooms and Bay area of 3 chairs, sterilization, panoramic radiograph unit, flow meters and computers throughout the office already in place.
• We have over 125 active patients between the age of 7 and 18 who we have a great relationship with. We strongly believe we could get 25-35% of those patients to immediately transfer and stay in-house for their Ortho and Pediatric Dentistry needs.
