Location : Fresno, CASalary : $28.00 / hourSchedule : Monday - Friday / / 3 : 00PM to 11 : 00PM (40 Hours per Week)Patient : Pediatric Patient / / G-Tube, Tracheostomy, VentilatorMaxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to work with a home health patient- this is a position where as a nurse you would work one-on-one with a single patient on a set schedule.Nurse must be comfortable communicating with supervising RNs on a daily basis for medication and condition updates and will follow the treatment plan for the patient. Nurses are responsible for routine DME cleaning for patient's supplies and also are required to do daily EMR charting for all patient care performed.
