Position Overview :
We are looking for a Pediatric Dentist to join our newly acquired practice in Orange, CA. This part-time role offers the flexibility to work a minimum of two (2) days per week. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, patient-centered professional with experience in pediatric dentistry, and will possess strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with both children and their families. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to better serve our diverse community.

Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients in a warm and friendly environment.
Perform a range of dental services, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and preventive treatments.
Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques.
Ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction by offering exceptional care and clear communication.
Collaborate with our dedicated dental team to enhance the patient experience and support practice growth.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with office policies, procedures, and protocols.
Qualifications :
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist (or the ability to become board-certified within a reasonable time frame).
Valid California dental license and DEA registration.
Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred, though not required.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care and relationship building.
