Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, with a focus on providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients.

This role requires the ability to think quickly and act decisively in high-pressure situations, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement advanced treatment protocols and monitor patient progress.

Required Qualifications :

Experience : A minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time nursing experience.

Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Licenses / Certifications :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related healthcare field.

Experience : At least two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience.

Certifications :

NIH Stroke Scale Certification.

CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification is highly preferred.

Experience with Dialysis, SLED (Sustained Low-Efficiency Dialysis), or similar treatment modalities is an asset.

Certification : Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiac Life Support
