A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (WA License) to provide virtual mental health care to K-12 students.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to assigned studentsConduct initial mental health intake assessments, diagnose, and create individual treatment plansCollaborate with the care management team and ensure timely documentation adherenceRequired QualificationsLicensed without restrictions as a mental health therapist in WA and the state of residenceMinimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged childrenAbility to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hireStrong technological skills and experience in telehealth preferredBilingual proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, or Tagalog is a strong plus
