Job Description
Role Description
This is a part-time (5-25 hours / week) role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist located in the Greater Seattle Area, Renton, Milton, Federal Way, Tukwila, or Kirkland. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will focus on evaluating and providing therapy services to children with developmental, sensory, and physical challenges. Therapeutic services are provided in-home and the therapist will be expected to travel. Clients will be assigned to therapists in a way that limits extensive drive time. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families, and tracking progress to support children's growth and development. This role requires coordination with interdisciplinary teams and active participation in early intervention programs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Pediatrics and Early Intervention
- Ability to work effectively with children in therapeutic settings
- Knowledge of child development and developmental delays
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and colleagues
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State
- CPR certification is a plus
