This is a 24 hours patient care per week position (.75 FTE) based in San Rafael or Mill Valley, CA.

The base salary range for this role is $102,300 to $109,100 per year. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. For more information, visit .
