Responsibilities :
- Administer the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding and benefits enrollment to offboarding and exit interviews.
- Manage and optimize our HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and improve process efficiency.
- Partner with the Senior People Operations Manager to develop, implement, and maintain scalable People Ops policies and procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Ensure full compliance with federal and state labor laws, with a strong focus on Massachusetts regulations.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with the setup, communication, and administration of performance cycles.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
- Analyze People Ops metrics (e.g., employee engagement, retention) and provide insights to help shape our people strategy.
