Job Location : Atlanta, GA (30306).

Job Schedule : Weekdays 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm.

Job Type : Per Diem; 1099 Contract.

Pay rate / range : $100 / hr.

Job Description

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Atlanta, GA.

Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.

Responsibilities :

Provide general wellness checkups, primary care and urgent care.
Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
Perform blood draws for patients.
Advise / refer patients for follow-up care.
Provide lab review follow-ups.

Requirements :

Active and valid NP / PA license to practice in the state of GA.

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certified (FNP-C) (FNP-BC).

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.

Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.

Occupational health background highly desirable.

Must be able to perform phlebotomy.

Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).

Must be able to commute to Atlanta, GA.
