Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist oversees the medication distribution system for their area of responsibility. In
addition, the Clinical Pharmacist identifies, prevents, and resolves drug therapy problems by ensuring
each medication is indicated, effective, safe, and convenient for the patient.
Qualifications
Education :
Doctor of Pharmacy or RPH (see below under experience)
AND
Experience :
PGY1 Pharmacy Residency preferred
(consider : 5 years of experience + RPH acceptable for education)
Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements :
Pharmacist License in the State of Pennsylvania
Conditions of Employment
