What this job involves –
This role researches, reviews, and reports all performance deliverables, analyzes data, collaborates with SMEs, and manages related account and client communications. The manager is responsible for developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, drive performance optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They also handle governance reporting, procedures, policies, training materials, and manage the account's RMS and compliance coordination.
What is your day to day?
Performance
- Analyzing performance data and metrics, consulting with SMEs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with Centers of Excellence Leads to define KPIs and performance targets aligned with organizational goals.
- Establishing performance monitoring mechanisms and working with the platform and Industrial Division team to develop dashboards and reports.
- Identifying performance-related training needs and developing programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop improvement strategies.

83,442.00 – 104,303.00 USD per year
