The Supplier Performance Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with suppliers. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier-related data and support the overall efficiency of the supply chain operations.

Responsibilities :

• Upload purchase order confirmations from suppliers
• Upload and review responses from suppliers regarding part delivery status
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any discrepancies
• Enter quotes from suppliers and inter-company as needed
• Address suppliers slow to respond and / or non-responsive
• Expedite specific urgent items as required
• Manage multiple and changing priorities daily
• Take responsibility for own work and provide support to others
• Schedule appointments and office meetings as assigned

Pay : $21.64 / hour
