We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support in managing daily operations, schedules, and personal errands. Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
Travel Coordination :
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Task Management :
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
Track and oversee project deadlines.
Personal Errands :
Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, event planning, and household management.
Schedule personal appointments (e.g., medical, social).
Communication :
Act as the first point of contact, screening calls and managing inquiries.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving :
Address unexpected issues and provide solutions promptly.
Qualifications and Skills :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Work Environment :
Hybrid work setup (remote and in-person as required).
Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend tasks.
