The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the State Farm Agent, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about insurance products and services.
• Prepare and maintain client files, process policy changes, and assist with claims management.
• Assist in developing leads by scheduling appointments and following up with potential clients to promote State Farm products.
• Ensure the office runs smoothly by maintaining supplies, organizing files, and implementing efficient office procedures.
