The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives at Shine Social Brand. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range : $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Serve as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
Assist with personal errands, including coordinating deliveries, reservations, and other tasks.
Organize and prioritize incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up.
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
