Job description

Location : Norman, OK

Job Type : Part-Time (20 Hours)

We're seeking a friendly, upbeat, and self-sufficient individual to join our team as an Appointment Contact Representative (ACR). If you believe in the importance of the insurance products and services we offer and are excited about connecting people to what they need, this could be the perfect role for you.

Position Overview :

As an ACR, you'll play a key role in ensuring our agents meet with both current and prospective clients regularly. Using the provided scripts, youll set a minimum of 10 appointments per day by making approximately 40 calls per hour. Youll need to be resourceful, self-motivated, and fully embrace our firm's philosophy that insurance is essential for protecting families and businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Make at least 40 calls per hour to set a minimum of 10 appointments per day.
  • Schedule annual reviews with current clients and consultation meetings with new prospects.
  • Accurately record all calls and appointments in the agent's calendar.
  • Log all calls and appointments in the tracking system and document all interactions.
  • Follow talk paths provided by the agent or Operations Manager while maintaining a genuine and friendly tone.
  • Stay organized, meet daily goals, and be proactive in managing your tasks independently.

  • Requirements :

  • Strong communication skills with an energetic and upbeat personality.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude even when faced with challenges.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to document information accurately.
  • Previous experience in a high-call-volume environment, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus but not required.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and scheduling.
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to work Monday through Thursday from 2 PM - 7 PM.
