Job descriptionAssess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions across Commercial, Farm, Auto, Home, and Life Support policy renewals with timely follow-up, accuracy, and attention to detail. Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional Actively network within the community to generate new business and expand the agency’s presence in the Assist clients with financial strategies aligned with their goals, incorporating risk analysis and foundational financial Contribute to daily office operations and complete assigned administrative responsibilities as needed. Stay current on regulatory updates, compliance requirements, and insurance laws impacting commercial and Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Active Life & Health Insurance License (preferred, not required) Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Motivated, goal-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of commercial and personal lines insurance experience Business ownership or managerial experience is a plus Simple Retirement Plan with employer match Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays Possible production bonuses depending on experience

exceptional service. The successful candidate will bring a strong sales service mindset, a working knowledge of
commercial and personal lines insurance needs, and the ability to build trusted long-term client relationships.
Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
