Job Description
We're seeking a customer-focused individual with at least 2 years of banking experience. The role involves recommending banking products, cross-selling services, and generating new business. Responsibilities include opening and supporting various account types (checking, savings, etc.), processing teller transactions, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining knowledge of banking regulations.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience as a bank teller
- Experience opening consumer and business accounts
- Strong customer relations and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic banking regulations (e.g., BSA, Information Security)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking software
