Your role as a Member Experience Specialist II (Personal Banker II)
As a Member Experience Specialist II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering new financial relationships while enhancing existing ones. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, updating accounts, and opening new accounts, along with handling loan applications and effectively cross-selling appropriate Credit Union products and services. You will actively support business development initiatives by soliciting new memberships both at the branch and within local businesses, onboarding new Select Employee Groups (SEGs), and conducting outbound calls to create meaningful connections. Adhering to established policies and procedures, you will strive to meet individual and team performance and sales goals, all while delivering an exceptional member experience that aligns with the SkyOne Service and Sales Model.
