Job descriptionHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. 1+ year of banking experience. Previous sales experience is essential to this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and navigating the internet efficiently. Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, remaining calm, professional, and solutions-focused. Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Take, process, and decision all types of consumer loans.
- Talk with members to find out their needs and offer products and services to meet those needs.
- Manage the opening of personal and business accounts.
- Serve as a trusted adviser by viewing situations from the member's perspective to effectively respond to their needs and concerns.
- Research and resolve member inquiries, concerns and issues.
