Salary : $105,000+ per year (based on experience) plus bonuses

Position Overview : We are seeking an ambitious Associate Attorney with at least two years of personal injury experience, either on the plaintiff or defense side. The ideal candidate will have a passion for representing injured individuals, a desire to build a reputation within the community, and an aspiration to become a leader in the bar.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
- Attend depositions and court hearings.
- Develop trial experience with the option to focus on motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, and products liability cases.
- Collaborate with partners and support staff to maximize case outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional legal support.
