We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Attorney's with 0-5 years of experience to join our legal team, in the areas of family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. As an Attorney with our firm, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, performing legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the law, and a desire to work with high litigation cases.
Responsibilities :
- Perform legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and briefs
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to develop effective legal strategies
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization or clients
- Maintain accurate and organized case files
