DUTIES AND TASKS
As a Certified Fitness Coach, you'll deliver personalized fitness instruction either one-on-one or one-on-two, directly at clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations, inspiring and guiding them to achieve their fitness objectives. Your key responsibilities include :
Customize client fitness programs based on the Initial Assessment
Conduct regular exercise sessions with assigned clients
Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance by clients
Manage client session appointments using Company's scheduling system
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
Ensure the completion of assigned client(s) fitness program(s)
Ensure client(s) fitness goals are met
QUALIFICATIONS
Certification as a Certified Personal Trainer from an accredited institution
CPR / AED Certification from an accredited organization
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
1-3 years of experience in fitness training
Excellent verbal, technical, and written communication skills
Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices
Familiarity with various exercise equipment and training methods
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics duties
Possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients
