Position Summary :
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the Maintenance Operations Control Supervisor role. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Maintenance Operations Control team. If you are passionate about ensuring the efficient performance of aircraft maintenance events, minimizing downtime, optimizing aircraft fleet compliance, and providing superior customer service, this position is for you.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and aircraft maintenance execution.
- Develop a collaborative team culture within the Maintenance Control teams.
- Ensure timely return to service of chronic and extended out-of-service aircraft.
- Implement strategies to maximize fleet availability and operational performance.
- Continuously assess organizational needs and recommend improvement solutions.
- Facilitate compliance with all required policies and procedures.
- Drive ongoing learning and development programs within the department.
- Enhance performance metrics and dashboards to track departmental performance.
- Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively.
