Position Summary :

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with senior management to ensure a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and aircraft maintenance execution.
• Develop a collaborative team culture within the Maintenance Control teams.
• Ensure timely return to service of chronic and extended out-of-service aircraft.
• Implement strategies to maximize fleet availability and operational performance.
• Continuously assess organizational needs and recommend improvement solutions.
• Facilitate compliance with all required policies and procedures.
• Drive ongoing learning and development programs within the department.
• Enhance performance metrics and dashboards to track departmental performance.
• Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively.
