Position Summary : As our Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for data input and change management of all Master Engineering files for the site. Take direction from the manufacturing engineer responsible for their content and structure. You'll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, fast (high-mix / low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Proficiency with MS Office and MRP systems
• Understand all processes regarding Engineering Document Control and change management system
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Cross-trained to support other departments for administrative support

Pay Transparency :

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $19.50-25.00 (DOE) per hour, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
