Pet Emergency Treatment Urgent Care is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Urgent Care Manager to join our team. As the Urgent Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Hospital Director in all aspects of leadership, planning, and operations within the urgent care department. You will oversee the day-to-day management of staff, ensure compliance with industry standards, and maintain the highest level of client service. Additionally, you will manage inventory, assist with budgeting, and contribute to the strategic growth and financial health of our urgent care services. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and compassionate environment for both our team and our patients.
Responsibilities :
Supports the Hospital Director in Leadership and Planning
- Acts as a champion for change and identifies, documents, shares, and promotes best practices.
- Participates in the planning and budget maintenance process.
- Establishes goals for the practice and staff.
- Creates the hospital CSR and Kennel Technician schedule in collaboration with the direct reports and manages labor costs to budget.
- Meet regularly with direct reports and Hospital Director to discuss, evaluate, and plan for the welfare of the practice. Attend corporate meetings.

Supports the Hospital Director in People Management
Supports the Hospital Director in Client Service
Supports the Hospital Director in Financial
Compensation : Dependent on Experience
Shift / Schedule : Four 10-hr shifts Wed-Saturday
