Engineering Manager Responsibilities :

• Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.
• Serve as highly technical and effective people manager, and SME in specific domain.
• Lead teams to deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in ambiguous or high-impact area.
• Work with team and partners to define and influence strategy.
• Work on issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Drive roadmap creation and execution.
• Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and impact at organizational level.
• Participate in technical design.
• Measure the impact of team and set clear expectations and goals.
• Manage activities of two or more sections or departments, supervising costs, methods, and staffing.
• Work effectively with partners and stakeholders to set and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritization.
• Design end-to-end core infra, backend software components for VR System Diagnostic solutions.
• Design and implement developer facing tooling to diagnose problems in OS and System level components.
• Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.

Minimum Qualifications :

Public Compensation : $280,236 / year to $290,180 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
