Job Overview – Financial Controller (Pharmaceutical) :

Take the next step as a Financial Controller with our pharmaceutical client in Chester County, PA . This role is ideal for an experienced financial leader with expertise in pharmaceutical accounting, financial reporting, and operational strategy. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, ensuring GAAP adherence while driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Compensation : $110,000 – $125,000 / year + bonus

Location : Chester County, PA

Schedule : Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Responsibilities as the Financial Controller :

• Financial Oversight & Compliance : Ensure GAAP compliance, maintain internal controls, and oversee revenue, expenses, and budgets.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop financial benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards in coordination with the CEO.
• Accounting Policy & Compliance : Establish standardized accounting policies and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Deliver data-driven insights and financial updates to senior management.
• Risk Management & Process Optimization : Implement fraud prevention measures, strengthen internal controls, and streamline payroll and accounting processes.
• Leadership & Collaboration : Lead the accounting team and work with executive leadership to align financial planning with business goals.
