Job Overview :
Genovice INC is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive for our client with experience in selling software solutions to the pharmaceutical industry, particularly for laboratories and manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept at selling complex software solutions that support GMP compliance, quality control, and operational efficiencies in labs and manufacturing environments. The role requires domestic travel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for pharmaceutical software solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, focusing on laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and research organizations.
- Manage sales team
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored software solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes (FDA, GMP), and advancements in lab and manufacturing technologies to effectively communicate product value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote solutions and generate leads.
