Inizio Engage is assembling a nationwide team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This role is a fantastic entry-point into the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, with a focus on enhancing awareness and service to clients like Pfizer.
The primary goal of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative position is to increase awareness of high-risk patients for COVID-19. As part of a contracted team, you will work to engage healthcare professionals and retail pharmacies as directed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing primary support to physicians regarding COVID-19 risk factors, progression, and treatment options.
Educating key targets to ensure customer preparedness in identifying high-risk patients.
Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Collaborating effectively with customer-facing colleagues to align goals and coordinate efforts across field deployments.
Analyzing the market landscape within your territories to prioritize challenges and develop action plans for maximizing local sales impact.

What will your daily activities involve?
Engaging healthcare professionals by answering queries about drug interactions, supply locations, and eligibility for treatment.
Maintaining expert knowledge of your product, patient education materials, and market influences, using only approved promotional materials.
Understanding the disease state and market trends to engage in valuable discussions with customers.
Implementing strategic call plans to exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
Utilizing territory knowledge to tailor unique sales approaches based on customer analyses.
Guiding local retail pharmacy interactions to bolster sales efforts.
Employing effective interaction techniques during calls to enhance engagement.
Customizing sales messages to fit customer needs.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, such as:
Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Sales
Professional Sales or Promotions
Entrepreneurial or Marketing Experience
Healthcare Roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, Therapist)
Educational Roles (e.g., Teacher, Educator)
Military Experience
Must reside within 25 miles of the designated territory.
Experience in urgent care settings is preferred.
Willingness to travel.
Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record meeting company standards.
