Sales Assistant

This is a remote position. Position Title : Sales Assistant Work Set-up : Work from Home Schedule : 12 : 00 AM to 9 : 00 AM PHT Salary : Php 40,000 Php 50,000 Our client combines extensive and award-winning experience in water resources, hydrology and hydraulics, Low Impact Development, Green Infrastructure, water quality, and environmental engineering with an unparalleled knowledge of sustainable stormwater and water management to deliver cost-effective long-term solutions to our clients' environmental and water challenges. We are looking for an Admin Support professional who will report directly to the Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for tasks of various complexities related to business operations at a very busy engineering firm. This role is ideal for a proactive, hardworking individual with excellent communication skills who is interested in contributing to a company that prioritizes environmental sustainability and community welfare.

Job Responsibilities

Sales : Attend sales meetings and take notes. Update sales leads in Asana and post meeting notes. Schedule sales meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Manage sales leads and the process. Proposals : Create proposal folders, checklists, and draft forms for review. Update the Proposal Index (PI). Other proposal duties as assigned. Marketing : Schedule marketing meetings using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and coordinate the team to identify the best technical person to attend (if needed). Attend marketing meetings and take notes. Update marketing leads and post meeting notes. Update the Contact Index with new contacts. Update vendor registrations and add new registrations. Administrative : Assist with administrative and / or operations tasks as needed. Miscellaneous : Participate in Watearth all-staff calls, diversity training, and other miscellaneous job functions not detailed elsewhere. Be ready to learn new skills and support the team as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. 1-3 years in Sales Support or Sales Administration roles. Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Familiarity with Singapore government procedures and regulations is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
