Hire Up Staffing is looking for a motivated Cabinet Design Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships. This role is perfect for an individual with strong communication skills, advanced time management abilities, and a talent for working independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.

Pay Rate : $26.00-$28.00

Schedule : Monday- Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities :

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline specifically focused on cabinet design.

Proactively contact potential customers to present customized sales pitches for cabinetry solutions.

Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design and sales process.

Meet or exceed designated sales quotas consistently.

Collaborate with customer service, billing, installers, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from design through installation.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a focus on cabinet design or related construction fields.

Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, design principles, and industry trends.

Proficient in 2020 Design and other kitchen design software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and possess strong general computer skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and coworkers.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
