Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pharmacist to join a hospital pharmacy team in Jamaica Plain, MA, just south of Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized healthcare setting, providing essential pharmaceutical services to a diverse patient population.
Position Overview :
The Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing medication management, ensuring safe and effective drug therapy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. This position requires expertise in hospital pharmacy operations, IV admixture preparation, and proficiency with Meditech.
Schedule & Assignment Details :
- Start Date : ASAP
- Duration : 13 weeks
- Shift : Monday Friday, day shifts (45 shifts per week)
- Potential for Full-Time Hours : If a candidate requires 40 hours per week, acmodations may be available.
