Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, Clinical dosing, Geriatric dosing, High risk medications, Pediatric dosing, Pharmacokinetic dosing, Psychotherapeutic Management, Renal dosing, Therapeutic med monitoring

Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required

Pyxis experience required

The two primary shifts needed for this traveler will be 0700 – 1530 & 1430 – 2300.Years of experience REQ : Minimum 3 years' experience required.First-timers accepted : Yes.Weekend REQ : Will work 8 weekends per contract.Certs REQ : BCPS, BLS, Board Certified, and State License required.Is on-call REQ?
