ProAmpac, a leading global flexible packaging company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for a summer internship position at our Hanover Park, IL location on our HR team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR operations and the opportunity to assist in the execution of HR processes, policies and programs, working closely and taking direction from the Human Resources Manager.Responsibilities :
- Assist in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements.
- Analyze current new hire onboarding procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance the workflow of new hires integrating into ProAmpac.
- Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems.
- Provide administrative support to various HR functions such as auditing, employee relations, and performance management.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.Benefits :

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
