Location : College Blvd, Lenexa, KS,

Hours : Monday - Friday - 9 AM - 6 PM - with the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP and USP
  • Maintain competency related to performing sterile compounding
  • Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding
  • Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly and monthly cleaning requirements
  • Work within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptly
  • Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding

Required Qualifications :

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Kansas
  • 1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm weekdays with rotating weekends)
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to work independently to solve high-stakes problems
  • Certified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certification
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
  • Ability to lift to 30 pounds
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
