Overview :
Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, assists in the preparation and distribution of medications using appropriate pharmaceutical technique, computer programs and various technical automation equipment. Supervises daily technician operations and assumes responsibility for completion of shift assignments in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities :
- Procures and distributes medication orders per physician request, or prearranged work assignment according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Responsible for day to day supervision of technician staff.
- Contributes to the effective operation of the department.
- Maintains adequate stock of medications and supplies according to established policies and procedures.
- Meets departmental standards.
- Meets organizational standards

Starting Pay :
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $21.01 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work / Work from Home :
This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
