Philanthropy Operations Associate

As our Philanthropy Operations Associate, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring College Track donors experience best-in-class recognition and that our fundraisers have access to data that drives remarkable performance. Day to day, you will :

  • Process and acknowledge donations made to the organization,
  • Manage gift and donor records in our donor database (Salesforce),
  • Collaborate with a team of fundraising professionals to improve the systems and processes that drive our work.

To thrive in this job, you must :

  • Have experience with sophisticated database management, preferably within Salesforce and / or other donor databases,
  • Possess superior organizational skills

    College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor's degree. We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years : from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.

  • You are excited about working a a hybrid schedule. You'd be expected in the office 9 : 00-5 : 00 Tuesday-Thursday.
  • Compensation : This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Philanthropy Operations Associate in Oakland, CA is $69,000-$83,000 / Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $72,500 - $75,999 / Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.

  • Financial Security : Immediately you can enroll in our 401(k) plan with a match of up to 4%. Additionally, life insurance that is 1x your salary is paid for by College Track with the option to purchase additional coverage
