As our Philanthropy Operations Associate, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring College Track donors experience best-in-class recognition and that our fundraisers have access to data that drives remarkable performance. Day to day, you will :
- Process and acknowledge donations made to the organization,
- Manage gift and donor records in our donor database (Salesforce),
- Collaborate with a team of fundraising professionals to improve the systems and processes that drive our work.

The full compensation range for a Philanthropy Operations Associate in Oakland, CA is $69,000-$83,000 / Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $72,500 - $75,999 / Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
