Job descriptionHave experience with sophisticated database management, preferably within Salesforce and / or other donor databases, Possess superior organizational skills Be proactive and ready to learn and grow. You have exceptional project management skills You are capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and projects in a fast-moving environment You are passionate about analyzing data to detect important trends You have excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, which enable rapport-building with internal and external stakeholders You are excited about working a a hybrid schedule. You'd be expected in the office 9 : 00-5 : 00 Tuesday-Thursday. Philanthropy Operations Associate
As our Philanthropy Operations Associate, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring College Track donors experience best-in-class recognition and that our fundraisers have access to data that drives remarkable performance. Day to day, you will :
- Process and acknowledge donations made to the organization,
- Manage gift and donor records in our donor database (Salesforce),
- Collaborate with a team of fundraising professionals to improve the systems and processes that drive our work.

Compensation : This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Philanthropy Operations Associate in Oakland, CA is $69,000-$83,000 / Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $72,500 - $75,999 / Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
