Job description
A company is looking for a Philanthropy Director to lead fundraising efforts and strategic planning for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement a fundraising plan to support organizational growth
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing funders while identifying new funding opportunities
Contribute to the strategic planning process and manage fundraising priorities effectively
Required Qualifications
At least 15 years of experience in fundraising with a proven track record in securing multi-year commitments
Familiarity with U.S.-based philanthropic networks, particularly in climate, jobs, and justice sectors
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in strategic planning from a fundraising perspective
Proficiency in systems and processes, including CRM software
