Description
Primary responsibility is to accurately identify patients, collect high quality blood specimens on inpatients, and deliver samples to the laboratory in a timely fashion.

Required Qualifications :
- Coursework / Training : Continuing Education Units; 6 units every 2 years.
- Coursework / Training : Phlebotomy courses from a California State approved School of Phlebotomy (see State Phlebotomy regulations).
- Upon hire : California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License, or
- Upon hire : California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License
