Job Title : Certified Medical Assistant – Physician Services
Location : Edison, NJ 08837
Contract : 13 weeks
Hours : 40 hours / week (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday, no weekends / holidays)
Job Summary :
The Certified Medical Assistant will assist in providing clinical care under the supervision of a nurse or medical practitioner, while also handling clerical duties. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, recording patient vitals, performing diagnostic tests (e.g., EKG, PFT, Audiometry, Phlebotomy), maintaining records, and assisting with billing. The role requires strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
