Client Service Representative

Your New Role

As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will go beyond the basic banking transactions and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships. You'll be responsible for the adept handling of new consumer and complex business accounts, ensuring a seamless and beneficial banking experience. Your expertise in actively cross-selling and promoting the Bank's products and services will be crucial in achieving sales targets and fostering business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Advanced Account Management : Open and manage both consumer and complex business accounts, delivering customized financial solutions.

Sales and Promotion : Actively identify opportunities for cross-selling and promoting the bank's diverse products and services to new and existing clients.

Customer Excellence : Provide top-tier customer service, building and strengthening client relationships to enhance customer retention.

Compliance Mastery : Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations and policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act, exercising excellent judgment in handling confidential information.

Leadership Support : Offer supervisory support, manage large transactions, and provide overrides as necessary, showcasing a high level of responsibility and leadership.

Qualifications

Experience : A minimum of three years in a banking teller or client service role is required, with advanced experience in handling consumer and complex business accounts.

Leadership : Prior supervisory experience is preferred, showcasing the ability to lead and manage tasks efficiently.

Customer Service : Strong customer relations skills, with a minimum of three years of experience in fostering positive interactions and resolving customer queries adeptly.

Banking Expertise : Deep knowledge of banking regulations, product offerings, and account management strategies.

Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and banking software is necessary.

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance, business, or related fields is advantageous.
