We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and outpatient clinics. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and medical terminology.
- Experience
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, or home health is preferred.
- Familiarity with outpatient clinic settings and care plan development is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems is beneficial.
