Job description
Job Title : Physical Therapist
Facility : Majestic Gardens at Memphis Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center
Address : 131 N Tucker St, Memphis, TN 38104, United States
Contract : 13 weeks
Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Pay Rate : $60 per hour
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week
Job Details :
The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients in a skilled nursing and rehab facility, focusing on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises and manual techniques.
- Educate patients and families on rehab goals and home programs.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff for coordinated care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and facility policies.
- Promote functional independence and patient engagement in recovery.
