Position Overview A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking multiple Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for in-person school-based positions in Oakley, CA. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of diverse children and their families, ensuring they receive the assistance they need. Location:

  • Oakley, CA Job Type: Full-Time Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based) Compensation: $36.00 - $56.00 per hour Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided Qualifications Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California Minimum one (1) year of experience Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student development Compensation & Benefits $36.00 - $56.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) + Sign-On Bonus Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and vision) Ongoing training and clinical support to help you thrive in your role About the Employer A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking dedicated clinicians to support students through high-quality in-person and hybrid therapy programs.
