Job Duties :

Assist Physical Therapist in evaluating patient abilities and treatment planning.

Document patient status and report observations.

Provide culturally sensitive care and collaborate with the rehabilitation team.

Maintain therapy program areas and comply with safety procedures.

Requirements :

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

One year of direct patient care experience preferred.

Basic Life Support / CPR Certification required.
