Job descriptionActive Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure with eligibility in New York State. Fluency in Mandarin is required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or a related setting (preferred). Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Dedication to delivering culturally competent care to a diverse patient population. Flexible scheduling options : Part-Time : 1-2 days per week or a more consistent 3-5 days per week. Flexibility to occasionally travel to our Brooklyn office once it opens. Competitive salary : $170,000 - $210,000 annually, depending on experience. Paid time off (PTO) plus paid holidays. Our growing outpatient facility in Flushing, NY, is seeking compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) fluent in Mandarin to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This role supports H1 visas and offers a dynamic opportunity to treat patients of all ages in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and routine checkups.
- Conduct telemedicine consultations from the office setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under a physician's supervision.
- Perform diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, and interpret the results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
