Overview :

A well-established legal services firm is seeking a Client Liaison to join its Retail Litigation Department. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining communication with clients, managing case progress, and ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and monitor legal case files for accuracy and completeness

Provide timely and professional status updates to clients

Track and manage a high volume of cases to ensure timely progression

Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and meet critical deadlines

Perform administrative and case management tasks with a strong focus on detail

What We're Looking For :

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and problem-solving mindset

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

Prior office experience is highly preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

Basic understanding of legal processes or terminology is a plus

Additional Requirements :

Must be available to work onsite in Memphis, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

Reliable transportation is required

Must pass a background check and drug screening
