Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive bilingual recruiter who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for field positions. As the first point of contact for both candidates and the company, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have experience in recruitment, preferably within similar industries, and a passion for working with people.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment process for field positions, with potential for corporate recruitment as needs evolve.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
- Utilize bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing all candidate communications.
- Handle background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding procedures.
