Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the research effort in partnership with our sourcers to map our markets and generate candidate names and target profiles for a high volume of searches
- Creating robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest candidates while ensuring our commitment to diversifying our global workforce;
- Calibrating and finetuning candidate profiles with hiring managers;
- Gaining trust of prospective candidates and developing them into active candidates;
- Upholding DBs hiring bar through rigorous screening assessment and reference checks;
- Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group by providing education on industries and market conditions;
- Proactively building out talent networks across diverse functions / industries and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to help develop a competitive advantage;
- Leading client update meetings and leverage data to advance search progress
Conducting onsite interviews and participating in debrief / hiring conversations;
